Lush Resort

We stayed at Lush last week with our two kids and had the perfect little getaway. The resort and restaurant are for guests only so you’re not fighting for a chair, and there were times during the week where it felt like we had the place to ourselves. We were able to fish off the dock, swim, grill, enjoy their restaurant and a massage. The pool by the lake is just as pictured and was cool in July with a nice breeze coming off the water. We stayed in a lakefront suite and the room was very clean and had all the supplies we needed with the perfect amount of space for us and two children (3 & 8). The views of the lake from our balcony were amazing and my favorite spot for wine and coffee. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesday but the drinks, appetizers and pizzas we enjoyed later

2nd time here and it didn’t disappoint. Stayed in the 2 bedroom bungalow. It was great. 4 of us ( 2 adults 2 adult kids) lots of room. The pool is right outside the gate but the lake is why we came. Dock is in great shape, lots of slips. Food is great. Menu has more options than last year. Great location. Love the people. Not one bad thing to say. Can’t want to come back!

Bo and G are the best and what a gorgeous view of the lake. They always go the extra mile and if you need a little local knowledge, they know it.

We got married here! G, Bo, and the entire Lush team were absolutely incredible. The food was impeccable, the vibes were immaculate, and their attentiveness and hospitality throughout the entire weekend truly blew us away. We felt so well taken care of and it made the experience so special. So many friends and family members have told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to—and that’s all because of the Lush team. Our family had such a great time, they’re already talking about returning for a vacation! We lucked out on this venue. Also shout out to Rachel for bringing me a tequila shot right before I walked down the aisle. A true hero and girls girl.

Gigi is a great host who lives on sight. She was helpful, kind, and made my experience great. I don’t often right reviews but this called for one. Not to mention this is a beautiful location, building, hotel room, restaurant, and pool. This place is worth it
