Low Valley Campground

We absolutely loved our stay at Low Valley Campground! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the kind of warmth and hospitality that made it feel less like a campground and more like staying with close friends or family. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made sure every need was met — you can tell they truly care about their guests. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous — peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. We had a full hookup site, which made everything super convenient, and the whole experience was so relaxing. Whether you’re sitting outside enjoying the view or chatting with the friendly folks around, you just feel at home here. This place is a hidden gem and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Our family came up for a weekend to tent camp and it was such a great find! The family that runs it is so sweet and thoughtful - great place for families! They have cows to feed, a playground, pond, and hiking! Will definitely be coming back!

Our family had a great time here. They had a ton of activities to do. Kids had animals to pet/hold, fishing, paddle boats, crafts, outdoor movies every night, golf carts and I know I am missing a few more. The owners really care about their guest and continuously improving the property. They have only been open for a year and have already created a fun place for families to stay. They have a lot more ideas for additional improvements in the near future. Our family is already planning another trip to Low Valley before winter gets here.

Great campground! You won’t be disappointed! I never leave reviews but this campground and the family who owns it definitely deserves the highest review possible! We stayed 2-nights recently and from the moment we pulled onto the property the owners were as helpful and kind as can be. They are very laid-back and caring. The campground itself was great, the large pond is gorgeous and allowed my son to kayak and fish to his hearts content. There are hiking trails around the property as well. In addition, pets are allowed, there is a great playground for younger children plus the animals that reside there- cats, dogs, and cattle for now. All very friendly and able to be interacted with by guests! The owners have great plans for future additions and upgrades. We will definitely keep this cam

This was our first time visiting the area, and this campground and the host family were wonderful! It is an easy drive from the campground to several state parks. We visited Elephant Rocks park and we went mountain biking at Shepherd Mountain Bike Park. Once back at the campground, my little boy had fun feeding the cows, enjoying the playground, and riding in the pedal boat! Cell reception at the campground is very good (T-Mobile).
