Staff was ok at first... They don't give you time to pay for your room, bathroom had mold and mildew had to wait all day for wash cloths and towels, they take your money (cash) and don't put it in the computer they place it in a bag and no recollection of your payment... Put a family out in the rain and cold child got sick had to go to ER and miss several days from school... ELIZABETH AND JUANITA ARE NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERKS!!! They keep harassing you..

Worst place to stay. The rooms are nasty, shower sprays water everywhere. Definitely not a feel safe location. At $102 a night and was considering sleeping in my truck. Keep your belongings locked down tight. I will make the extra drive for a nicer place to stay.

The location was in perfect vicinity to our 12-hour work days. But the ladies working there while sitting outside on stools in the parking lot were extremely rude and spoke in a racist demeanor. They didn’t want us to use two parking spots even though we paid for two rooms. We are here thru FEMA trying yo help this community get back to normalcy but it’s difficult when the only place available kicks 5 of our workers out because they didn’t want one truck with a trailer full of equipment in the parking lot. The men made sure to not take any more space than we paid for and made sure to be out of the way but like I said very racially motivated the women was and she made sure we left before even getting settled in. Never again will anyone from our very large network of employees stay here. The

BEWARE. I placed a reservation and showed up at 1045PM to check in the week of the masters. The hotel had a sign on the door saying CLOSED. There’s not a single person there. 4 people showed up to try to check in or rent rooms during 30 minutes I waited. This hotel is a SCAM and I’m not sure they are even open. DO NOT book here if you want to have a room, and this place should be investigated.
