Lost Lake (Redfeather Lakes) Fishing Site

Not a bad spot if you’re stuck dragging a camper but it’s not a “lost” lake by any means. Well worn and higher traffic than I was expecting. Still a scenic area however but I don’t drive this far into the mountains to be around that many people.

1st time camping in Colorado and it was perfect. Lovely area, beautiful views, quiet, friendly campers. Had the best time, climbed mountains, walked around the lake, rode bikes, had a campfire, cooked over open fire and loved every minute of it. Will definitely return. Absolutely no amenities, bring what you need.

Great spot. Can get crowded depending on time of year but beautiful and lots of good bouldering for the kiddos

Beautiful place for camping, but be careful there is big bear living around. It was close to our camp

If there is any fish here, we couldn't find them. It was a nice camping spot however.
