Lost Forest Cabins

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. From the moment we arrived, it just felt special. The cabins are beautiful, cozy, and very clean. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into every detail. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. It is peaceful, quiet, and the perfect escape from everyday life. The kayaking was such a great experience too. Being out on the water surrounded by those views made everything even more memorable.This was one of those trips where you are already talking about coming back before you even leave. Such an amazing experience all around.

We had an amazing stay at these cabins while celebrating our anniversary! From the moment I booked, communication was excellent with clear and timely instructions for everything from check-in to check-out. The cabin was spotless, clean, and very well maintained. This was the perfect getaway to unplug from the city and truly enjoy nature. We loved fishing, kayaking, riding bicycles, and ending the day with a fire bomb. Most of all, we created beautiful family memories that we will cherish forever. Highly recommend this place—we can’t wait to come back!

We LOVED staying at these cabins! We highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful getaway to unplug and rechange in nature! The cabins were kept very clean and they had everything you need there. We loved having a cookout on the deck and roasting s’mores with the tiki fire pits and relaxing in the hammocks! We also had reiki sessions with Micaela, and she was amazing!! She brought all of her materials right to the cabin and created the most peaceful environment for our sessions. It was my favorite reiki session I have ever had, she is truly a gifted energy healer!! Highly recommend booking a session with her if you would like an energetic reset and healing! We will definitely be booking the cabins and sessions with Mica again!

Lost Forest Cabins were absolutely gorgeous. Cabins were nestled amongst the trees with a beautiful view. Property had so much to offer including a large pond with kayaks, paddle boarding, fire pits, bikes, and some outdoor games. Great place to connect with nature and unplug. Interior of the cabin was beautifully thought out, clean, and stocked with everything you may need for your stay. Arturo was prompt at responding and providing information needed for the stay. Definitely give 5 stars. My family will be returning for sure.

I had the opportunity to stay here during the Christmas and New Year holidays. At first I thought the location was perfect because it was located so close to where my family lives, but after arriving, I realized it was perfect due to the quiet, wooded, serene surroundings. The cabins are gorgeous, well appointed and very comfortable. Wifi was very good, bed was comfy, appliances were fairly new and the fire pit and deck saw quite a bit of use during my stay there. Guests were enjoying the waterfront and pond, kids were out riding their bikes..it was pleasant, relaxing, and quite homey. The few times I needed to interact with staff they were helpful and informative and friendly. My entire experience there was a pleasure and I certainly plan on returning when I visit Texas and family again.
