Longhorn Flats Hotel & RV Park (Carlsbad Area)

Amazing Staff, wonderful services. Caring, friendly, thoughtful, helpful. Lost my wedding ring doing laundry! I was contacted by the hotel management to check if I lost something!!! They carefully and thoughtfully put it in my room while I was working nights. Wow. Another time, I got locked out of my room after hours in a cold night! and in no time they dispatched help and I was back in my room! Just wonderful experience and beautiful people!!!! I would give 10 stars !

When we arrived in our room we noticed that the door had obviously been kicked in at some point and had hastily been fixed. So we didn’t feel safe here from the beginning. After we settled in we tried to take a shower but there was no hot water. We went to the front desk to ask about it and he realized that he put us in the one building that had the heating element out. It was late and we didn’t want to move so we just didn’t shower. The next morning I realized that I had already paid for this place on Expedia and when we checked in he had charged me AGAIN. I had to go to the front desk, prove I’d already paid, and get my money back. I asked if we could just get our money back for our second night and we would go somewhere else but the girl at the front desk said that there wasn’t anyone

We were in town for a gender reveal and found this place on line but the staff treated us like part of their family and made us feel extremely welcome! If you are in the area and need a place to stay, do yourself a favor and book your stay here!!!!!!

I love this place. Staff service is stellar! Friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facility is nice and clean and so was the room. The bed was so so comfortable!! I went to visit my husband who works in the oilfield for a few days over the Thanksgiving holiday and was so happy to find this place in Loving. They brought us a yummy Thanksgiving dinner!! It's quiet, and cozy. When I checked out, I tried a cup of complimentery coffee they have in the beautiful lobby area and it was really good! They have a snack store and free ice machine, laundry facility and a small gym. I highly recommend this place. You'll get a great rest! I hope I'll get to stay again soon and visit my husband.

Stayed at the RV park! Kitty, Dallas, Easton and Lainey are awesome. Always helpful and super nice! Whenever we work in that area again, that's our new "goto" place to stay!
