I've only been here for about a month. It would have been nice to have been able to choose which space I wanted. There were several options but I was told I had to park it in a specific spot. If I had a way to move my trailer myself I would and it would cost me a lot to have someone come out here to move me into a different space. I'm not happy at all being so close to my neighbor. I did get a very nice WELCOME text from the owner. He seems very nice. Once the weather warms up and the snow melts and I get moved to a better space I will update my review.
Good service from very helpful neighbors. Water, sewer, and wifi all here as listed. The road from the hiway is short and terrible. Dumpster use by all residents, but when garbage company empties it, spreads litter towards camping sites. 30/50amp electric paid by each site.
OK to stay but to live maybe not so good.
