Pretty good place for West Texas and small town of Rankin, service include power 50/30, sewer, water, starlink, trash. I think it's a good value. Flat lot, crushed rock surface. Owner is good guy, main street/349 can be busy or loud at times. 60 mins to Midland Odessa, 30 Mins to Crane. Noisy at times during daylight, good place for workin' men. Quiet, respectful neighbors that come and go with work flux.
Basic services (electric 30/50amp, water, and sewer. The owner is cool and will work with you. You pay for a month and have to leave early. He will refund the difference. And there is an amazing burger joint walking distance called Senior Jalapenos.
Beautiful little park. Was a great place to stay good WiFi. Owner was awesome. Definitely will stay again
