Londonderry Inn

Not the best hotel in the world but one of the best places we stayed.. If you want to blend in local and be a part of nature and local life, this family owned place is unique. Stratton mountain resort is like 1/2 hr away, quiet, close to town.. Rooms are but the best again but the family works really hard to make you comfortable doing their best. Kind owners, polite, sincere and helpful.

Super nice folks. Easy accommodations for work. Cleaning and quiet. Working at a nearby mountain during the winter. Keep this place in mind. Winter is fun but the affordable accommodations make this a year around gem. I would recommend for someone staying the entire season or just visiting for the weekend.

I wish I had known about this place years ago. It's a warm, affordable and convenient place to stay while enjoying just about any activity the area has to offer. The fact that you can get to three different mountain resorts in under 15 minutes is pretty amazing. Maya and Brian have cultivated a place that is welcoming to both an overnight traveller or a long-term tenant. It's very quiet, privacy is respected and has all of the amenities - kitchen, laundry, wifi, parking. I look forward to many more stays!

My girlfriend and I had a jobs at a nearby ski mountain and considered staying here for the season. We signed an agreement that was good for ONE week, and payed a security deposit. I was then able to find more comfortable housing through my job, closer to the mountain and informed one of the owners (Maya) that we were moving out. She refused to refund me any deposit, and decided to keep all of my money. I came back in person and showed her husband (Brian) the agreement we signed, and he agreed I was entitled to a refund on the deposit. Maya then called me and explained that her husband was "just a Mason, and doesn't know anything about business", and refused me again. Do NOT rent from Maya but if you do, read your lease with extreme caution. Maya will enter your room when you aren't home which is illegal in VT after you are a tenant for thirty days. No consistent heat and when it works it's loud. Brian isn't much better as he is a phony and does whatever Maya demands of him. Just find something else or you will be sorry!! Dangerous, icy parking lot. Do not trust them.
