LOGE Leavenworth Downtown

I loved this place. Definitely reminded me of Europe hostels but nicer. We got the room with bunkbeds and a king with its own private bathroom and included a hammock which my kids loved. Plus they had their own TV. The room was minimalist style and I loved the whole concept. This is not a luxury hotel. Ik some of the rooms have shared bathrooms. So, just make sure you are aware of that. Would be nice if they served a light breakfast included with the room. There is a cafe and the lady was very nice and answered all of our questions. They also have a common area where they setup up board games and free drinking water. The location was perfect right in downtown walking distance to all the shops. We stayed for three nights- arriving after a long day of skiing in nearby Steven’s Pass. We ordered the $25 “beer me!” add on so we’d have a beer waiting for us on arrival. The beer wasn’t in the room, and the cafe had closed. (This was at 8:00 PM on a Sunday evening.) We called the guest services number and were told that we could pick up the beer in the cafe. We explained that the cafe was closed. The agent told us it should be open until 9 and asked us to double check. I was standing in the lobby inches from the cafe that was clearly closed and a metal gate drawn and locked. Ok whatever. We’ll get it tomorrow. Not a big deal. Outstanding stay from start to finish! We had an incredible experience at the Loge Hotel in Leavenworth. The atmosphere was welcoming, cozy, and perfectly fit the mountain-town vibe--it immediately felt like a place you want to relax and stay awhile. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the people. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, especially Karen and Juan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and kindness made such a difference and really elevated our stay. Even more impressive, the manager personally greeted us as we walked in, asked how we were doing, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Our company responded in good faith to assist Loge Camps during the recent severe windstorm that caused significant tree damage and blocked access to their property. Understanding the urgency of the situation and the impact on their scheduled 4:00 PM guest arrivals, we prioritized their emergency and worked quickly to clear the entrance and make the cabins accessible. To complete the job properly and safely, we covered upfront costs for crane services and allocated significant manpower and equipment. We went the extra mile to ensure their operations could resume as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, despite our efforts and professionalism, our invoice remains unpaid. Last week my best friend and I stayed at LOGE for an extended girls' weekend. After an initial fiasco with a LOGE cabin rental which ended up inaccessible for my friend's wheelchair,we were escorted to what actually turned out to be much more perfect for us-- We were given a room at the hotel in town! The staff were amazing from the start. Every one of them was so personable and helpful over the course of the weekend. Our room was perfect for the wheelchair, and we were a short walk from every little shop,brewery amd restaurant Leavenworth has to offer!
