The review from ALLSTAR is obviously bs or just one of the corporate employees posing as “future resident”… pathetic. Horrible place! RUN! The property manager is just a corporate mouthpiece used to repeat venture capitalist lies about how soon the “renovation will be complete”. At this point I hold nothing but contempt for them AND their corporate overlords. They increased rent $150 without an updated or renovated room, saying they would be ready in the fall; it’s now February, and every time I have asked, I haven’t gotten a response. The entire courtyard is dug up from their terribly planned and executed construction project, making maneuvering around the complex increasingly difficult. found out they have ants here, because I killed two and my husband found some in the bathroom and on the wall near the night stand. Housekeeping is a joke. They only come on certain days of the week and half clean your room. Now we've been in some decent hotels where housekeeping does a great job and cleans everywhere. But this particular hotel. . . Housekeeping does not make up the beds. They'll give you the linen and you have to make it up yourself. When they vacuum, they don't vacuum all the way, they do not clean the mirrors (we still have the same smudge on the mirror), they hardly give you any tissue, so be prepared to buy your own and be prepared to wash your own soiled sheets. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The front desk is condescending and passes down information from corporate with a smile while you are expected to live in squalor and be happy about it. They raise rents by over $150 citing the renovated rooms and gym; both of which are not even ready to be used or moved into. The power goes out constantly and there are bugs everywhere

I had a tour and the assistant manager Tre was very respectful and charming. The level of professionalism amazed me even the property manager Mr. Brandon came out to speak to me and welcome me to the community with open arms. They are renovating and turning this community around one day at a time I'm definitely rooting for you both. Thank You So Much!!!!

I can honestly say this place has done at complete 360. The staff is so helpful and nice now. I had a issue with my tub and Mr. Nate came and not only fixed the problem, he also fixed another soon to be issue with no hesitation. The staff at this hotel care about the property and it shows.This will be my 3rd year as a resident here and for the 1st time I can honestly say it's totally worth every penny. Great job to Mr. Nate and all the staff. You are appreciated dearly
