LMO Retreat RV park and Campground

My husband and I lived at LMO for 18 months as we went through the process of building our home. This place became our first home while moving to Richmond County and it was the best choice we made. The campground is beautiful, Mari has put her heart into the place and you can tell. If you are staying for a while or just passing through this is the place you want to stay. The porch is made for Sunday afternoon games and coffee and a hot shower in a always clean bathroom is appreciated. Thank you for the best welcome into Richmond County.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 months as we have never stayed or even set foot inside a camper mari welcomed us with open arms and it was the best choice for our temporary situation. The campground is beautiful clean and quiet and if we needed any help the neighbors would offer a helping hand . This place is our first choice and mari is the best .

The wife and I came down to lmo in February and have stayed 3 months and had a great time. Mari was very hospitable and the showers/laundry were cleaned daily. She has an excellent location for the racetrack and town. Would definitely save her in my phone for a future visit.

For starters Mari(owner) and her family were the friendliest camp owners I have ever dealt with. They make you feel like a part of their family. I was there 10 months, In that time the camp has come a very long way. It is new and she is constantly working to better the place. The spots were out of level when I first got there but she has had the spots and area worked on multiple time and continues to better everything. The walking trails are great my dog loved it. Bathhouse is super clean and shower is great. The laundry was great aswell and FREE!! If I am ever back in the area for work I will go back no questions asked!

Love this place so much! It's brand new and steadily evolving! The owner Mari is such a cool person. She's attentive and invested in her campground. She welcomes feedback and enjoys suggestions from her guests. A suggestion box was even installed but later stolen (people are weird)! Bathrooms are kept impeccably clean as well as the laundry area. Our family truly enjoys the time we spend at LMO! Can't wait til next time!
