A friendly, well-kept easy to use RV Park. The owner is the best and will do most anything to accommodate your requests. Give it a try if you need to stay for a while or just a quick trip. He knows the area, families and all things about old cars.
Billy the owner was very helpful. We stayed at Live Oak for 2 days visiting family in Samson. The size of the property made it easy to get into the site. Pet friendly!!! We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning listing to the birds chirp with our dog. Bath house was very clean. We plan on coming back.

This place was wonderful! Very easy to get to, very well kept. Quiet. The owner even came out and helped us get hooked up to everything when we pulled in pretty late at night. We really appreciated the simplicity of staying here and will definitely be back :)
