Let me start this off by saying DO NOT STAY HERE!! I stayed with my sister and my daughter, the check in was easy but the service was SLOW. I think there is only one guy who works on the ENTIRE property due to the incredibly slow service! After the first night we were in need of more towels because there were only 2 in the room, and couldn’t seem to get them. When I had gone down the first time I was told that they don’t “give” towels, so we had to bring the dirty ones down before we could get more towels. I brought the 2 dirty towels from in the room down and the man at the desk then proceeded to say he would give me extras after I was told they don’t “give” towels. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where you can’t get more towels upon request!! Also on the phone in the room there is no butt

I booked this room for work training. Within 10 minutes of checking in and going to my room, I received notice that our work training for the following day had been canceled. I had only put my bag on the bed, changed my clothes, and turned on the TV. I gathered my things and returned to the front desk to check out. I told the front desk clerk, Sarah, what was going on. Without being asked, she offered to check with her manager about a refund. I told her that would be great, but that I understood if they couldn't grant it since I had been in the room. Sarah called her manager and explained the situation. She confirmed that the room was still clean and needed no attention. The manager, Serena, granted me a refund. A very disrespectful employee came in while i was in the shower as i was 5 minutes past check out and banged on the door continuously. He threatened to call the cops and said it was "Not his problem" that i woke up a few minutes late. Not happy. Train your employees better.

Very nice hotel! I enjoyed staying here. Clean new rooms, friendly staff and good WiFi. The only downside is that it’s prolonged stay hotel so you can see some sketchy individuals around here, but nothing too crazy.

Very Rude employee. Some man walked into my room right after i was a few minutes late. Very angry guy, was an african american man. Stating i had to get out within 5 minutes or there would be trouble. Not happy with my experience at all.
