Little Naches Campground

I've been going to Little Naches since I was a kid, and now my kiddos get to experience this wonderful little campground. Located just off the hwy, it's close enough that you occasionally hear cars, but far enough away, you can forget they're there. Sites are large and mostly shaded, flat, and some with good access to the river. The river is great for swimming, especially if you wade a bit upstream where you can find some nice slow moving water.

Beautiful area, beautiful forests and views of mount Rainier and more. Scary driving up over the mountains. It's very high up and kind of Center roads especially when you're on the outside there's no guardrail on most of the road there's a few parts with logs on the barely the edge of the outside of the road but definitely DON'T TAKE YOUR EYES OFF THE ROAD WHILE DRIVING! No guard rails high up except on a couple very short sections and it's very high up with steep inclines and cliffs you could fall off. It's safe if drive you properly and cautiously. There's beautiful natural glacier lakes in rivers in beautiful greenery this time of year coming down the mountain from coming home towards the west of the matches and coming down and seeing that little small lake at the bottom and there's

We camped for our first time at Little Naches and really enjoyed it. We had a spot right along the river. It was a small campground so not many people were there which was nice.

Easy to find immediately off highway 410. Pay to use campground. Reservable sites. Single and group sites. Gravel road and camp site trailer pull ins. Old style Men's and Women's separate toilets. Garbage service via dumpster. Picnic tables and grated fire rings at each site. Water available via frost free hydrant. Close to many outdoor activities.
