I’ve lived in several places over the years, but this place is the best. The manager is helpful and cares about keeping the place safe. I feel safe and comfortable here. My neighbors are friendly too. It feels like a close knit neighborhood where people look out for one another. It stays pretty quiet too.

I love living here. its really gotten better a lot in the past few years. renting to own is cool cause im not wasting money on rent every month. it feels safe for me and my kids. its nice to have a place where im comfortable letting them play outside. i dont get why people leave bad reveiws...... I mean with rent to own, ya gotta take care of ur own repairs but thats the same as owning anything. The manager wont do the repares himself but he'll help ya figure out how to fix things. it aint cheap to live here but the price is fair

It's a dump. The maintenance man does nothing except get drunk every day. We were paying over $250 per month just for our water because even after four months of complaining they refused to fix the leaks. Nothing was painted before we moved in and the floors looked 80 years old. Good luck and God bless you if you unfortunate enough to find yourself living there, but avoid it at all costs.

Hideous maintenance man/landlord...he's very rude, allows dogs to attack ppl and then yells at the ppl for tryin to protect themselves. He also Slanders his tenants saying things that aren't true. Yells at the homeless that are visiting ..why don't you go find u a home.. not pleasant person...chuck I believe is his name.

I am a retired senior citizen I own my trailer and rent the lot which is a very nice Living on a fixed income This is a very affordable way to retire comfortably I would recommend Little Creek which could possibly become a retirement community
