Little Coal River Retreat LLC

Very accommodating and friendly owners. Plenty of space at the RV sites. They let us dump our black tank, provided us with very affordable firewood, hot showers in the bathhouse, maps, passes etc. No complaints at all. Great access to ivy branch and also the old little coal river Hatfield trails. So many trails to ride right out of the campground. Would strongly recommend!

We love this campground and the new owners. We just got back from staying labor day weekend for a group riding trip at Ivy Branch. We came back to a food truck on Saurday night and Hibatchi the second night. They are doing lots of improvements to the grounds and super accommodating. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Ivy now.

The owner was super nice. Easy access to the little coal trails and 5 minutes from Ivy branch trails.

We stayed here for a week & I just wanted to rave a little about this place! They are close to so many trail heads for sxs riding, the campground was super clean, the new owners were super helpful & friendly, there is a water park across the street & it was just a really nice place. Bathhouse was always clean & air conditioned, dog friendly & I just really recommend it here if your looking to camp in Julian!

Simple place. Good location. Shower house needs work.
