This place is absolutely disgusting. First few days seemed okay, wasn’t too loud, location is decent. Until my partner and I woke up in the middle of the night with me screaming because I had roaches on me one on my arm and my neck. We immediately cleaned everything too to bottom and reported it to the office to Shannon, we requested a new room. They told us they had no available rooms but someone would come tomorrow to spray. A guy in a truck that had no logos it looked like they hired a friend. He walked in sprayed for a couple minutes and left. Nobody came in and checked on how we were or if it was getting better. The next day they were crawling out of the outlets and the inside of the microwave. Then the next day the light shorted out probably because of the infestation of roaches. I

I stayed there a few years ago and the place was not so good. I don't know if they have changed management since then but my stay this time was much better. The furnishings were older but they served their purpose. The room was clean including the bathroom ( my pet peeve ) There were 2 sets of towels and wash cloths. I feel that the bath towels could have been larger but they did appear to be fairly new and clean.|| They had free wifi which was a nice surprise because they didn't have it the last time I stayed there. They also had extended cable TV, something they didn't have when I stayed there before.|| The bed was as comfortable as my own bed at home and it was quiet at night ( another nice change from my last stay)|| There is no restaurant on the site and the ice cream stand

The first thing of note besides the cheap wood glue and linoleum build of the rooms is even after having the water turned off for maintenance I still woke up multiple days only to be greeted with BROWN WATER comong out of the sinks, showers, and toilet!. Only winter will kill the bugs. You'll get to listen to every car and every other noise coming from Concord street at all hours. And then theres the parking lot which will always have some one yelling in it..To themselves or to someone else ,It Varies and it will be extremeley hard to tell if they are right outside your room or across the parking lot! They also rip the door guide of the fridge so you can't put anything on the fridge door. They ripped the drain clog out of the bath so you will only have a choice of shower. But they still

Last minute thing, my room was nice & clean only thing is I couldn’t fit my foldable crib and only 1 light which is a lamp for whole room. Doesn’t light up kitchen area at all so I had to open bathroom door and use that light

The staff does not clean the rooms. Most digusting mattress I have even seen or could imagine covered with a disgusting matress cover and dirty sheets. Nothing was washed and reaked like smoke. You have to provide your own cleaning supplies as the staff does not clean... obviously. I was in a bind and I took the room thinking with some cleaning it might make it barely liveable... The matress cover was off a while I was washing it. Came back to find a few bed bugs crawling around the room... I barely got my stuff through the door and turned around and left. I couldn't bear the thought of sleeping in that gross dump. I'd opt to sleep in my car first. I feel dirty even entering that place. I cannot express how dirty it is. The pictures online are far from what the actual place looks like. No
