This RV Park is not a destination, but it is an awesome place for an overnight stop. We contacted the park in the morning and arrived early evening with the owner greeting us and helping us park and set up. The friendliness was off the charts - a genuine guy trying to help people camp at a reasonable price...very reasonable. The park is easy to access from the highway and parking (backing up, pulling out, etc) was easy in our 24ft trailer. The road noise can be annoying at times, but we closed the windows and ran the AC, and didn't hear a thing. This is not an RV park in the strictest sense, but in terms of utility and price, it is exactly what we needed on our trip to Estes Park - a place to park, rest and have full hook-ups. Highly recommended if for no other reason than to meet a great
Had a nice stay. Owner was helpful. Pet freindly! Doesn't charge extra for out of state campers.
