What a terrible company, this Company had me take off of work set an appointment to obliged by their time. They don’t even show up. They just don’t show up at 3 o’clock. They didn’t even call then they told me how much it was after I sent them pictures of my dog. I call. I have an appointment at 2:30. I’ve sent them pictures of my dog. they priced my dog at 85 $90. When the lady got here, she told me it would be $130. The audacity of these people I posted the text messages so you can see their excuses. How sad that my dog didn’t even get a haircut or didn’t get groomed when I sent them pictures they gave me a price I took off work. They were an hour and a half late And they her here without cutting her hair because they were an hour and a half late and they wanted to charge me an extra $35

We recently spent 30 days in this Hollywood studio and would rate our stay 3 out of 5 stars. Pros: • Fantastic Shower: The shower was exceptional—high pressure, consistent temperatures, and spacious. • Comfortable Bed: The bed was very comfortable, contributing to restful sleep. • Convenient Location: The studio is within walking distance to supermarkets and downtown Hollywood, and just a quick six-minute Uber ride to the beach. Cons: • Unreliable Wi-Fi: The internet was extremely slow and frequently disconnected, making streaming services like Netflix and Max difficult to use, and online gaming was not possible. • Poor Sound Insulation: The windows do not seal properly, allowing external noises—such as neighbors talking, passersby, and city sounds like sirens and garbage trucks—to be he

I was staying here for 8 days, on the 4th day I saw two lizards on my bed, I woke up 10:40 PM, because a lizard was on me! It was room 11, and this was just the least it was, the shower was horrible! IT WAS SO DIRTY, IT HAD SAND FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, AND THE FLOOR IN THE ROOM IS STINKY AND STICKY! The bed also was smelly, and was like somebody peed on it! I lived in zoo! For $600! DO NOT STAY HERE! FOR $80 BUCKS A NIGHT, YOU CAN STAY IN MUCH BETTER PLACE, IT IS BETTER TO STAY IN CAR THEN HERE, THE AREA THIS IS IN IS HORRIBLE! IT IS CRIMINAL, AND IF YOU NEED WI-FI, THAN YOU HAVE TO GET OUT OF YOUR ROOM, CAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK IN THE ROOM, THE CLEANER, OR MANAGER, I DON'T KNOW WHO SHE IS SMOKES MARIJUANA, AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO LIVE, IT SMELLS REALLY BAD!!! We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner is nice and reasonable, and resolved any issues we had quickly. The courtyard is set up as a common area and has several tables, some hammocks, and decor around it that makes it super relaxing to chill in at night time. The rooms are small, but cozy. It's setup super efficiently in order to use up minimal space. Bed was comfy (I like a firm mattress, not sure how the other beds are). If you're not used to or comfortable with typical Hollywood ambience, it's probably not the place for you.

I really appreciate kitchen and amenities. Would have rate better but was my worst experience ever terrible hospitality and customer service. The owners of this place should give their manager some customer service, hospitality and ethics training since she even talked about her boss. Providing great hospitality makes guests feel welcome, comfortable and valued, leading to an experience that encourages them to return and recommend your business to others because maintaining customers is an opportunity to attract new clients. Before I booked I took a look at reviews and still decided to give it a chance because I know sometimes there's rude guests and wasn't sure if that was the case but once in the property was completely disappointed and the only reason why I did not cancel my 2 reservati
