Liberty Retreat

This is a amazing get away spot! Absolutely beautiful setting and home is perfect. I loved the rock painting activity they have for you to do! We painted all morning! But honestly my favorite part was sweet Wednesday their cat. She was my inspiration for one of my rock paintings! ♥ Home has everything you could need! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful visit to the Caretaker’s Cottage at Liberty Retreat. The cottage has been beautifully remodeled and the owners have given great thought to making sure your stay is enjoyable. They have gone above and beyond to make sure all details for your stay are covered. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. We will be back again to stay, and get to enjoy the fire pit area and trails (it was too hot when we stayed for those this time.) Book your stay you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed for a girls weekend away from our crazy kids and husbands. It was so relaxing. Everything about the cabin scream welcome come in and sit down. Mark was super nice and easy to work with. Hot tub was the absolute best part of our stay. Planning on making this our yearly cabin for getaways. Make sure to give Ellie[the dog] and Wednesday[ the cat] lots of love when you see them. The hiking trails on the property are beautiful. VERY steep!!!!! But the view at the top is worth it.

What a pure delight it was to stay at Liberty Retreat. A nature lovers paradise. 72 acres of trails and views. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

If you are looking for a cute, quiet getaway surrounded by beautiful nature, this is the perfect place!! The cottage is so cozy and immediately feels like home. Mark and Sandy have left the perfect setup for any and all kinds of people, including rock painting, books, movies, and board games. There is also a binder with plenty of recommendations and beautiful trails right behind the cottage. We felt very safe and at peace here as two young women. Mark himself was also super helpful and responsive. I would never hesitate to stay here again and in fact, look forward to doing it. Definitely don't pass the opportunity to stay here!
