Great Management and employees. A great place to stay overnight or live.

I loved visiting here bcz the mgr Kelly and his staff were so kind & accomdating. I got stuck on the ground hooking up sewer lines and they came immiediately to help me up! I am disabled and couldnt push myself up on the ground pebble rock. Then l was missing a piece to my sewer hose and Kelly let me use one a patron had left behind. The park was very quiet and had a clean laundry w a changer machine for dollar bills. It was safely locked w a code. The spot l was in was next to the Sheriff & his wife. Very friendly couple. My only complaint is l never could hook up to the internet as it said the signal was too weak. I tried multiple times and days. So you should come w your own hotspot. Also the residents seem to forget to put their soda plastic bottles, chip cans and assorted trash in th

Great open spot about 20 minutes to Lubbock. Full hook ups - everything worked as it should and management was extremely easy to work with. We stayed an extra night to visit with family in town because of convenience. Appears to have several residents that work locally but all were friendly. They charge extra to use a CC, cash is cheaper (just FYI).

Nice place to be! The staff is so nice.
