I used to live in this beautiful community for many years. Then we moved to the country but I have beautiful memories that I will cherish forever. Thank you Brenda foe being so sweet and caring with all of your residents. We miss ya!

I am so happy to live at Leopard MHP and I am so thankful for Brenda our community manager. She made goodie bags for Halloween and brought some for our kids. They were so thrilled! I am thankful for having such a caring person in charge. Gracias Brenda por todo!

I have attended several of the holiday events at Leopard MHP. It is clear that a lot of thought and heart goes into the preparation and execution of the events. They are fun and the turnout is pretty good for a smaller, rural community. Parents and children alike are treated to pizza, hot dogs, games, prizes and other treats. The manager, Brenda Salcido, is always on the clock. It doesn’t matter where she is, you will find her taking phone calls, shooting texts and emails, and working on keeping things going for the property. Pay this property a visit if you’re looking for an affordable RV or trailer home.

I live in the Leopard community. I am so glad to have Brenda as our manager. She makes the best resident events for us and I have been a winner of the Thanksgiving day turkey give away! Thank you Brenda for everything you do for us. We love you honey

I live at Leopard MHP and I just want to say it’s a very nice community super quiet and Brenda is an awesome community manager. Very attentive. She helps us a lot!
