Customer Reviews
Loved the mountain location, quiet, and serene. Sherry was out so my online reservation did not go through so I called and left a message the lady (I am so sorry I forgot her name) was so helpful and gracious, and met us at the office after hours and got us set up on a site. Weekly fee was much less than in Albuquerque and so much safer. We were able to get a pull through, 50 amps, water and sewage. Loved the fact location was close to family but gave us our space to enjoy our time there. We really enjoyed how quiet and serene it was there. Definitely staying there again when we come through next! Please don’t confuse Leisure Mountain RV Park with the RV park just up the road behind the gas station, yes it is dirt roads but so much better maintained and adds to the feeling of your mou
Their website doesn’t work. I booked online…or so I thought. Since I didn’t see the $35 deposit on my CC, I emailed them to inquire the status of the booking or if their were issues. Nope. The email came back undeliverable. If you have time to call during their business hours to make a reservation, go for it. Frankly, after seeing the park in person, I’m glad I went up the road to a different location that allows reservations through Campspot- it gives better piece of mind.
Leisure Mountain RV Park. On-line reservation is through a form on their website, you wait for an email reply to confirm your reservation. In my case it took about 24 hours. Check-in was easy, but the gal at the desk was chatting with someone on the phone the whole time. My main complaint is this: when you are waiting on a customer, pay attention to them and not someone on the phone. Customer service is important. The building has bathrooms with showers, also there is a laundry room that we did not use so I don’t know their condition. The restrooms/shower rooms are not heated at this time, expect COLD in those. The showers are a little rough or rustic as you can imagine they are at an RV park. There is a sign that advises the user to keep the area clean and neat as these are a courtesy,
Chill mountain vibe, quiet, super nice people there. Sherry was able to get us in on short notice for a whole lot less than I was expecting to pay! We got in late at night and she met us at our assigned spot to make sure we got set up ok. Pull through, 50 amps, water and sewage. Wish we could have stayed longer there. We really enjoyed how quiet and serene it was there. Definitely stopping in again when we come through next!
Beautiful, quiet, and close enough to town. A great place to park your house on wheels while you take a couple days to explore. While we were here (mid july) temps were mid-high 50's in the morning and near 90 in the afternoon, but 30 something % humidity and a light breeze made it near ideal for us. We were able to sit outside and enjoy listening to the birds and not fighting bugs.
