We stayed one night at the Legoland hotel in early December. We were a large group and had 2 rooms on the 4th floor Pirate area.|Check in was easy and we loved the disco elevators. Room was adorable and themed well. This was the good stuff!|Onto the rest: we wanted to do the builders experience at the hotel but the only way to do so was to ask when you check in. Of course it was already full. Big disappointment for the kids. We had dinner reservations for 630pm at Bricks. We were early and the place was empty but they would not seat us until 630. When we went back we were seated and ordered our drinks. All but 3 drinks arrived. The waitress took our food orders and then said she would be back with rest of the drinks. A good half hour went by and no drinks and no food. My husband got up

Overall experience was good for a family. Hotel was clean for constantly having small children run around. Food was pricey and subpar for dinner with a limited menu. Breakfast was good, eggs, meat and tater tots and included with the stay. Also had complementary cereal, toast and fruit. Play area was a good spot to hang, meet other parents and let the kids run around. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

This a must-do with kids. We stayed for 1 night with 2 days of park admission, which was enough time to go on all the rides. ||The rooms are decorated in a fun way, the kids were wowed. They also enjoyed the in-room scavenger hunt. The rooms are suites with 2 bedrooms (without a door). The children's room has a bunk bed plus trundle bed, so the it can fit 3 kids. The king-size adult bed was comfortable and the views of the park are beautiful. It was very clean. Tip: don't stay on the first floor, it's noisy. Speaking of noise, this is a hotel for children and hearing crying in the morning and evening is unavoidable. Bring ear plugs. ||The bathroom is a good size. The water temperature and pressure were great. There is a bathtub. ||The lobby has a play area for kids with a Leg

We’ve been coming to this park since my son is 1.5 and this year he expressed interest in staying at the hotel for his 5th birthday. We did all the things, dinner at the hotel and breakfast. The birthday package, and photo package. I’d like to say, that as a theme park family, we were absolutely blown away by the room. The whole room is themed even the bathroom. Not talking about a framed picture or a lamp it’s walls to floors themed. Room is a really good size, and had all the things you would need to be comfortable. Room was spotless, linens fresh and beds comfortable. The AC was chefs kiss. My son loved the in room scavenger hunt, the bunk beds and looking off at the park through the giant windows. I’m a GF vegetarian, and my son is ASD. I made sure to email the hotel to ensure we ha

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. Although it is decorated nicely for the kids, that's where it's stop. The food is not very good at the restaurant. When we got back to the hotel after a day at the park, couldn't shower because there was no hot water!|The bed is comfortable but the pillows are flat as a board. Also the a/c wasn't working properly, thankfully it was not a hot day. There is no communication with the front desk since most of the time no one is there. . They stated there was a Monster Party at 8 in the lobby, there wasn't. It was one witch dancing and not even interacting with the kids. Wanted to get ice cream for the kids and was told by the restaurant you have to order at the bar! Good luck with that because there were not enough bartenders to handle the crowd.
