Legends on the Farmington

We LOVED our stay at the lodge! Such a peaceful & relaxing atmosphere. We found this gem while searching for a place to stay for a 3 day wedding event nearby (mid August). Sal and the staff were kind and accommodating. We look forward to returning! We had room 6. Very spacious with a cute private deck outside the door.

Stayed at the lodge unfortunately for a family funeral in the area. We booked the majority of the rooms so it was nice to gather, relax and reminisce around the dining table or in the living room prior and after the funeral. The space was lovely, open and nicely laid out. Large deck area across the back of the building. Generously sized kitchen with tasty continental breakfast (cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, bagels, cinnamon walnut cake, etc). |Good nights sleep in room 2’s comfy beds (minus being awakened at 5:30am by the reversing trash truck at the neighbors).|Where things could improve (and only bc if you don’t know you can’t fix it):|Signage out front-would love to see it lit up somehow. Driveway is easy to miss. |Driveway had plenty of parking but was a muddy, wet mess upon arrival.

I’ve stayed here in the past during local ski trips and always had a wonderful time! Unfortunately my upcoming weekend plans changed due to a medical emergency so I had to cancel just a few days before my stay. The owner Sal personally reached out to me and agreed to refund me along with sending well wishes for my family! Can’t wait for my next stay at legends!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Lodge. Our room was so cozy and everything was perfecty clean. We met Dan/Don?, and he was so friendly. The cake for breakfast was epic. Thanks for having us!

Loved this place! Amazing room and accommodations right on the farmington river! Close to antiques and restaurants. The on site owner and staff are professional and exceedingly welcoming! Will definitely be back with the fishing gear next time!
