We recently stayed at this resort for 9 days with my family. The customer service was awesome. They were very quick and attentive to all my requests and needs for the room ie, extra towels, bags, and soap. We stayed at the two bedroom deluxe suite and it was very spacious for us. It was also very clean and the location was great. The area was quite and my kids were able to enjoy the pool by themselves. All the front desk people were very nice and they even offered us a late check out since flight was at 2pm since it was a weekday and it was not so busy. We really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely be coming back here in the future. Positive: The staff was helpful and tried to make our stay comfortable Negative: The pictures of the rooms are misleading. The room we got was a lot smaller than expected. And there were extra charges we were not aware of before arriving at the hotel.

Nothing fancy, but adequate. We liked having a full kitchen. Sheets were clean and nice. Good bed. Good pillows. Clean towels. The unit was worn and quite old and dated, but it worked for what we needed. No frills but has everything you need to be comfortable.

Customer service via phone was amazing. I experienced an issue with a guest during check‑in, and Jailene was extremely helpful. She gathered all the information I needed and kindly stayed on the line with me until everything was fully resolved. Truly the best service I’ve experienced.

We stayed here for 5 nights and, unfortunately, our experience was quite poor overall. I can appreciate that the space was decent in size and the location was convenient. I also enjoyed the pool — that was probably the best part of our stay. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The area around our room was noisy, which made it hard to relax. We were told there would be a $100 security deposit refunded after our stay, but it’s been three weeks and we still haven’t received it. Additionally, our room included a sink and microwave, but there were no basic items like cutlery, cups, or dishes provided, which made things inconvenient. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. I’d rather pay a bit more elsewhere for a better experience and better communication from staff.
