Owners own land at their site. 98 sites. Reasonable annual dues for maintenance, septic & water, and common areas. Swimming pool & large lake to enjoy on hot days. The natural atmosphere is superior. Great weekend or summer retreat.
Just bought a property in July 2018. This place is exactly what another reviewer said....a HIDDEN GEM. Beautiful, terrific neighbors, the perfect park for us. The lake is just breathtaking, and the pool, playground, and other amenities are all extra goodies! The board members are also terrific. Transparent, open, and concerned are just a few words we could use! We are SO very happy we are now part of such a terrific park!! :-)
I Bought a piece of Paradise at Lazy River Campground Condominium
Went and seen my daughter at her dad's and girlfriends place we had a nice time all the kids had a blast people were very nice. We go again.
It's a great place the atmosphere is unbelievable it's always quiet and peaceful everyone is very friendly it's a great place to go
