Absolute great people run the park!!! It is clean, super peaceful, pet & friendly very spacious. Has great views, very peaceful WiFi, trash & water is included. (Top notch amenities) The washateria is super clean, and they are building new shower facilities!! Couldn’t hold the people in higher regards either they are extremely nice and go above and beyond to make sure it’s a good stay. I’ve been ALOT of parks, campgrounds etc throughout the years for work & vacation this is the nicest place I have stayed. P.s the rent is extremely affordable I don’t even think they are trying to make money.

Park is clean & neat. Pad is large and level. Plenty of room for my truck & RV. Staff is friendly and very helpful. This Park will be 1st on my list the next time I am in the area.

Our family of four and our dog stayed here for a week while my husband was working in Smithville and we couldn’t have been happier! The place is beautiful, quiet, clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly! It’s. Short trip to town and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Quiet location with spacious lots that aren't very close together. Owner is super nice and is constantly upgrading this new park. There is an affordable laundry room with new machines.

I like it..Great people .. they take care of there tenants.. we have barbecues out here sometimes on the weekends sometimes people have a few drinks listen to the radio everybody pretty much keeps to theirselves it's a very friendly place just walk over and talk hangout. Very nice well kept..oooo prices aren't bad either.
