Lazy Eagle Resort

My family has been staying at the Lazy Eagle for like 20 years. There have been a few different owners over the years. Doyle and Lisa are great. It’s a peaceful resort with all the amenities you need. The rooms are clean and have been updated to keep them functional. This isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s perfect for the type of lake vacation we want. It’s nice to have a little kitchenette for cooking meals for a group. We LOVE that it’s a pet friendly resort so our dogs can join us on vacation. The location is great. My parents have a camper and stayed in spot #42 at the nearby campsite, very convenient. We walked there everyday. We also keep our boat at the Eagle Rock Marina over night for only $25/night - walking distance from our room. This is a calm, nice part of table rock. We enjoy cr

Gorgeous setting. Quiet, private and secluded but close to the lake and marina. Close to the state park that has swim beach and such. The tidy room (cabin-like) smelled of fresh wood (pine?) and had a shared balcony from our second-story dwelling. The balcony is in the trees and extremely peaceful. Average/ below average rating is due to high price and few amenities. We ran out of toilet paper. The only toiletry supplied is soap- the cheapest I've ever seen. No hair drier. No face tissues. No coffee or any condiments in the "fully stocked" kitchen. The only dish soap was in a tiny dollar-store refill bottle and it was nearly empty. The kitchen sink was dirty. The plug in the bathtub does not close, so even though they tell you there's a bathtub, you can't take a bath. We were g

This place is really a hidden gem. The rooms are nice. The couple who owns it were extremely friendly during checkout. The best part was being able to see the water right from our room. It was so peaceful. A great place to reset and not far from eureka springs

Lisa and Doyle are the best! Friendly and quiet atmosphere. Grounds are beautiful and room (King bed and rollaway) super clean and comfortable. Community fire pit (Ask for s'mores packets 😀) each room has a grill avaible and a full kitchenette to boot. Dog friendly and easy access to the lake, Roaring River and hiking. Thank you guys for a much needed nature infused relaxing weekend.

If you want a quiet setting with great views you won't want to stay anywhere else. We take the grandkids for a great time fishing and swimming and we go for a great get away.
