Latitudes RV Resort

We have camped for over 10 years in various locations. We were ready to settle in one location, and Latitudes RV Resort is that place. It is family owned and family ran. The Kollmorgen's have put a lot of thought and effort into this little piece of paradise. It is conveniently located not only from home and our workplace but also connected to the High Trestle bike trail. We love the convenience of opening the camper door and having it ready to go for the weekend or longer stay. Full hookup, concrete patio and spacious lots make this a desirable place to camp at. We enjoyed sharing our time with our families as well. There is so much to do! Biking, walking, swimming, paddleboards, playground, pickleball court. There is a bathhouse/laundry onsite. 2025 was our first full season at latitudes and it was a amazing spring summer and fall we made many great friends and had some awesome potlucks and games and thirty Thursdays gatherings and camp fires and swimming in the pond laying in the beach. Also we ride bikes on the high trestle trail and beyond and stop for lunch or refreshments along the way. We also do crafts. This is now our full time home every year for spring summer and fall come join us make everyday a good day at latitudes. The owners are wonderful and keep the park beautiful.

We had NO idea last spring when we chose our spot and purchased a camper to put on it just how much of a family this resort would become. There is no shortage of fun things to do here. We love spending time on the pond, our pup loves it as much as we do. There’s a wonderful dog park as well. The shower house is fantastic! So clean and has always had a room available when needed. The washers/dryers are wonderful for those who choose to live here full time and those of us who love to stay for extended times. The events had at the Bin were such a blast this season, great way to fellowship with all of your neighbors. I won’t brag too much but I am the chili queen haha! We decided to try a permanent camp spot this year instead of traveling to camp due to my husband had back surgery. This was the best decision ever. The owners were super easy to helpful in choosing a spot. We knew it was the location for us. Super convenient location for all of our family to come visit also. We definitely made a camping family.

Our family loves it out here! The owners are great, the other campers are super nice and there is always something to do!
