Landmark Inn

My family has been coming to pageland for years and I’ve never had such a horrible customer service experience as I’ve had today. It’s unfortunate that the owners of this establishment also owns the only other motel in town because the employees they’ve hired to maintain the properties and show its guests hospitality is completely missing the mark. With few other options I still wouldn’t recommend this location. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. Never again.

Our stay was TERRIBLE. Our bridal party booked a room months in advance since this was the only hotel within 30 minutes of the venue. We called multiple times to check and make sure we had rooms. When we got there we were told that they overbooked the hotel, and we would need to move to their sister lodge down the road. The rooms REEKED of cigarette smoke so much that we couldn’t leave our dresses in the room. There were stains on the bed and furniture, moldy ceilings, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all. The rooms were so hot we had to leave the main door open just to get some type of air circulation. It was colder outside (90 temp outside) than in our room. It's an ok place but you better check your room to see if everything works my door lock did not work the maid's are sneaky and listen to your privacy

I have really enjoyed my stay. It is the cleanest motel I've ever stayed. It's quite an peaceful. I have felt completely safe
