Land of Yankee Fork State Park

We really enjoyed the museum and video in the visitor center. It was very informative. The grounds are well kept. It is a short walk to the Bison Jump area. Bathrooms are very clean. They have picnic tables to enjoy a lunch or relax.

This State Park is wonderfully preserved for everyone to see. The views are great from the moment that you arrive. There are plenty of parking spaces. Be aware that overnight parking at the museum is not authorized. Met a few people inside the museum, and they were very knowledgeable about the area. It's definitely worth visiting this location if you're in the area.

What a great visitors center with a lot of history in it! The volunteer gave us a lot of info on the area and where we could find the gold mines we were looking for.
