Lamp Lighter Motel Extended Stay

The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The floor had clearly not been swept or mopped, and there was pet hair on both the bedding and the floor. There were visible stains on the walls, and the refrigerator had a strong, unpleasant odor.

Great place overall. More than enough privacy. Great prices.

I travel all over the country for work. I am currently staying at the lamplighter motel. This place is a rare find. The rooms are extremely clean. The bed is very comfortable. Very nice television. Refrigerator microwave. In excellent condition . I am very much enjoying my stay here and I will definitely be back if I’m in this area again for work. Dave, the owner is very good to work with. If you’re traveling in this area, I highly recommend you stay in here.

Room was dirty, sheets were not washed. Full off paw prints and dirt. But the bed was made. Shower had used soap and wrappers. I walked back to the office. The owner and her son walked back and were shocked. They did a wambam job of cleaning. We did not shower and slept in our clothes.

This is the first time I stayed at The Lamplighter motel and I was amazed how beautiful the rooms were and the decor was modern and stylish and the price was very affordable. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The owners are extremely friendly and strive to meet your needs and make your stay very pleasant and enjoyable. There is on site laundry room to meet your needs and also a billiards room to enjoy some quality time with friends or family to relax after a long day of work or play.. The location is also very convenient to many attractions in Berks County as well as being secluded with no interruptions from other guests which gives you time to just relax and enjoy your stay here.
