Lakeside Inn & Suites

With 20 years in the military, and several years driving trucks I have probably stayed in a thousand hotels across the globe. This little spot here in Lonestar TX is hands down the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I mean it’s clean everywhere, even behind the ice machine is spotless. You can tell the staff go above and beyond to make sure it stays that way. The rooms are small but very well equipped. They have a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop and even a Kuerig in them with a huge TV. The price was very reasonable for the stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Lakeside Inn there are some chain hotels that could greatly benefit from your business model.

Great place to stay. Room clean and cozy. Staff is super nice.

It's a very small hotel, only 9 rooms I believe, so that a plus for me. It was very clean, the staff was very nice. There was a room mix up, and we got a "suite" it was bigger and had a little sitting area with a separate TV. Nice touch. The hotel is very new. I wouldn't expect breakfast, especially for under $100 a night, but some water or juice and granola bars would be nice for the road. I didn't have a single complaint and would definitely stay again.
