Lakeport RV Park

This man is a scam artist. He tried to rent us a campsite that was already occupied by his uncle permanently. Just back right up next to him who cares about your privacy. SCAM ARTIST, DANGER, DANGER! BEWARE CAMPESITE 3... I REPEAT, BEWARE CAMPSITE 3.

We stayed for 7 weeks great location central to shopping and restaurants. The manager Sara was very helpful and accommodating. The price was very reasonable, give the park setup. It was quiet and washers and dryers are brand new. We would go back in a heart beat.

Worked for 5 weeks on improving my place in the park. One of the managers screamed at my wife when our dog was attacked by a dog that was not on a leash. Manager did not know what had occurred. On two different occasions I was told we need to pick up our dogs droppings, and that they had 2 people tell them about it. That was a lie. We also picked up other dog droppings while we were walking. I would not recommend this park at all. I gave it a 1 star because you have to give it something. They have a printed list of rules when you get there, but will verbally add to them as they go. Also managers get involved when you are selling (which is none of their business). I wish I would have looked at Aruba!

The neighbors were my favorite part of my visiting friends there. Nancy & Jake introduced me to so many friendly, welcoming ppl. Best part was that they all seemed genuine. It is hard to find real, genuine, down to earth ppl, and here... everyone is genuine. The park is clean, and rustic and somewhat in the country. Yet restaurants, shopping and even a casino is nearby. If you need to relax, this is a good place to do it. Check it out. You might like vacationing/living more of a simple life.

It's a great quite place to live or camping. Clubhouse has laundry on site. Mail boxes and trash on site. Pool table games and movies and book in the clubhouse.
