Lake Towhee Camp Grounds

At first I didn't want to let it review because I don't want this wonderful campground to be damaged by messy and irresponsible people. But then I thought that there are many people, (families) who do not know about this Hidden Treasure. if you like camping without a lot of people, completely in the woods, no water, no light, completely primitive this is for you. if you like camping with all the utilities go for a resort hahaha. We are a large family and we like to camp together and not all campgrounds have large lots for large families like ours. Thanks to Elisabeth and the Ranger who are extremely kind and helpful and the guy who picks up the trash every day thanks although I don't remember his name. Great little campground. Nice facilities. Well maintained grounds. Lots of spots. It wasn't very busy the weekend I went.

Nice private sites! The camp sites weren't on top of each other so you had privacy from the other groups. Site was flat and good for pitching a tent, restrooms were nice. Beautiful location, and quiet!

Nice an peaceful. Well kept.

We had such a good time. Clean campgrounds, inexpensive and now crowded together.
