Customer Reviews
Georg is a wonderful man (as always) and the whole experience could not have been better. The boat and all equipment could not have been in better shape, and everything ran perfectly. Very prompt, thorough, helpful, and kind. One of our boats had issues when we had a bunch of people over, and so we rented a tri-toon for the day. Could not have been an easier experience, and the value was great. Thanks, Georg!
George is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. You would think we were his only customers that day he would be appreciative, he calls my phone screaming and swearing at me also insulting me when I talked to him with respect and not once raised my voice at him. He called me telling me that we damaged his boat and when I went back to speak to him in person to see the damage there was no damage to the boat at all so he went to say that we returned the boat dirty which I offered to clean even though the boat was not dirty he felt stupid about the boat not having damage that he quickly tried to blame us for something else. I would not rent from him again.
We booked a boat rental a few days ago for the upcoming weekend. Unprecedented flooding hit the Hill Country and Lake LBJ is currently covered in dangerous debris, loose boats/jet skis, logs, and likely high bacteria levels. We called to cancel the booking and the owner refused to do so stating that the lake is currently open and will be clear by the weekend. Anyone who values their boats and the safety of their patrons would never have said this. It will take weeks for the debris to settle/clear and the lake bacteria levels to be safe to swim in. Very disappointed in this company for being so desperate to make a sale that they put it ahead of the safety of their patrons. They also don’t offer a captain option putting the patrons at unnecessary risk of damaging the boats with the excessive
My family and I rented a pontoon boat and a tube for 4 hours today to enjoy some time on the water over Labor Weekend. The service was friendly and helpful arriving and departing. We got caught in some crazy wind before a storm blew in cutting our time short. The wind tore up the canopy on the pontoon and we felt so awful that it happened on our outing. When we docked, someone came rushing out to make sure we knew the damage was not our fault and that we did not need to worry about it. He could have easily grumbled or made us feel worse about it, but instead he was more concerned about whether we had a good time before the storm came in. You don’t find that kind of genuine care in very many establishments and, for that, my husband I will always support this business whenever we’re back at
Do not rent a boat from here. We paid $600 for 4 hours of a boat that couldn't accelerate properly and was falling apart. The place reeked of smoke and the bathrooms were disgusting. There was dog fur everywhere and the workers were rude and unhelpful. It was cheap, and we regret working through them.
