Lake James Landing

The manager is very rude and the rules are too strict. Not a family friendly place at all. It is very pitiful looking since they haven’t opened the bottom part after the hurricane. Terrible place to be at overall.

Visited my niece who has a camper there. Love the lake with the mountain view, campers with covers and porches, and other details to make them home. Nice shelter, pool, lake access, store, and have events for the owners. Loved it.

I have a place there and my kids and grandkids love it! Its gated and private!

Called this morning to get some information regarding potential purchase of a lot. The woman on the phone apparently did not feel like answering any questions, was extremely rude, and hung up on me before even listening to what my questions were. For a first introduction, it made me feel like they weren't interested in anything but themselves. Glad that I found this out right off the bat and didn't waste any more of my time or money. Plenty of other places out thete. I would avoid this place like the plague!
