Lake Houses At Branson

The rental was very accommodating for our group of three families (6 adults and 7 children). The space itself was spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and the convenience of bathrooms connected to each room, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall preparedness of the property were disappointing. Upon arrival, the garbage bins were full, bunk beds were not made, there was visible dust throughout the home, several TVs were not working, some beds were missing pillowcases, and there were no extra blankets provided. The hallway closet was also extremely disorganized. Considering the cost of the rental, this level of upkeep was unexpected and unacceptable. this was a great place to stay. new construction, very spacious, and fairly priced. compared to other options, i think we got a solid deal. was a little skeptical with minimal reviews, and the website redirecting to another site for booking; but everything is above board. seems the property owners use another company to handle booking/accommodations, and that went smoothly for us. amenities were nice, the pool/pickleball/hot tub. the "lake access" seemed like it was going to be pretty minimal, so we weren't disappointed, but would be nice if that was worked on. there's a small trail (by a nice shared fire pit) you can walk to lake; it's very overgrown at the water. essentially, one person at a time can see the water. wouldn't take much to clear it out a bit, as-is, basically don't expect

Where I stayed was great accommodations for 3 families with 7 kids and 5 adults. The open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living area was perfect for yelling at the kids to shut up and leave the adults alone. The kitchen was adequately stocked for appliances, cookware and knives for the kids to play with. There was another living area upstairs that had an arcade game that the kids enjoyed. And the choice of an indoor or outdoor pool was a nice option. And, even pickle ball courts to enjoy. It's conveniently located, if you don't mind short trips into Branson.

Our stay was Amazing! The property was clean, well maintained, and as perfect as the pictures! The host communication was great and we will be back for more memories!
