If I could give them 10 stars I would. The owner is the nicest man in hotsprings. Very helpful kind and understanding. The cabins are great. There’s a designated swimming area, and plenty of cleared out areas to fish. Plenty of dock areas and boat slips in which he doesn’t even charge to use unlike most places in the area. If you’re looking for a place to stay while in hot springs this is the place to go.

First off the owner Skip is super friendly and very entertaining to talk to. He was very helpful in going over the history of the property and going over things to do in Hot Springs. Our cabin (A) was nice. I wish we had a better view of the lake, but it is what it is. The cabin was clean, air blew cold, and shower was hot. These are the main things I look for when staying on a property. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy to access the docks. My only complaint was I really wanted to grill out, but the grill that was assigned to our cabin was rusted and full of wasps. Again it is what it is and if I stay there again I will simply bring my own grill. Super cheap 10 dollars a day per pet to stay. That is a big plus to me because we are dog lovers and like sharing our vacations with them. Often tim

My wife and I enjoyed this cabin so much we stayed an extra night. We travel around the country and get to experience many different area this is one of our favorites. These Cabins have a great classic energy. Wonderful hospitality from the owners greeting you when you arrive with good conversation, great information, and a smiling face we had a great time. If you're looking for a modernized vintage style cabin you have found it. Beautiful location near the lake with view of the water from our balcony. Easy access to anything you may want or need with walmart about a mile through the tree plenty of tourist attractions 5 to 10 mins away and an abundance of nature everywhere you look. You cannot go wrong staying here. We will be coming back to stay again. I would love to see people help me

What can I say about this place other than it's the best place I've ever laid my head. These cabins are great! The location is awesome, with shops and restaurants galore just 2-3 minutes away. Cabins are rustic, as they should be. Skip, the owner and proprietor and my new adopted father figure is one of the nicest humans you'll ever encounter. Dan and Jackie the caretakers of the property are good hearted souls and easy to talk to. My wife and I loved this place and will definitely return. Still trying to talk Skip into letting me live here.

We stayed in one of the newer, 3 bedroom cabins. The layout was good, the open kitchen was perfect, there were two TVs with a good sattelite signal, the kitchen was well stocked (note: no pitcher for iced tea, etc---a strange item to be lacking, if you want one bring your own).||||Beds were reasonably comfortable. Bedding were older sheets, with some stains on them, but they were clearly freshly washed and clean; and older, worn qults---which are probably not washed between every guest (nor are hotel comforters) but seemed clean and you could easily not touch them when sleeping, by folding the sheet top over a bit.||||Overall, the cabin was pretty clean. I did not see the cleanliness issues some posters have----the kitchen was clean (though I always rinse all dishes in rentals), etc---h
