Lake Cumberland RV Rentals

Rented a pontoon boat from them on our trip to Lake Cumberland. I could not be happier with the rental experience. They were very kind and accommodating to drop off/pick up the boat based on our convenience. Very reasonably priced in my opinion and worth it. Really great people to be renting from.

Okay, seriously these folks are awesome. David kept in contact with us as far as when he was going to arrive on site and even though he had been working hard throughout the course of the day while pouring down, he still came out and took care of everything just like he would anybody else. The camper is amazing, it was clean and well maintained and stopped with so many things that you may not realize that you need. As soon as he got it set up he even was nice enough to take off his shoes come inside and sanitize the facility before we entered. On top of it even though it was raining outside he took a minute and washed the windows with Windex. Couldn't have asked for a nicer person or business to rent us this RV as our first experience!

4ish years in to renting from them I think. Always a great easy interaction. Golf cart rental: Very awesome experience. Everytime you talk to Shelly its like you know each other. She calls and its like talking to your neighbor on the phone lol. Anyway we have yet to get a pontoon and we have our own camper so we just rent the golf cart. David has the cart setting on site before we even make it to the camper. Easily the greatest people to rent from there is. Thank you all!!

I have been renting from this company for several years but this year turned out to be very different for me. Unfortunately for me, within a few weeks our trip I had several hospitalizations and many tests, and was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. On top of that I had just received another diagnosis of pneumonia. I had rented a pontoon for 5 days and a camper, paying in advance over $1700. As soon as I realized that I couldn’t breath adequately enough to get on and off of a boat everyday or even function physically in the heat at a campground I called to cancel. At first the response appeared to be good as I was told I would receive 100% refund as this was not my fault and my money would be sent out via a check on Monday. Several days passed no check. Multiple calls with no response.

This company is great to deal with! Will rent from them every time and would suggest everyone to do the same. Very friendly and accommodating! All around great people!
