Been living here a year, and can proudly say this is the best place i've lived so far. Always clean and my neighbors are friendly and to top it off it's so quiet. I appreciate how caring and helpful the manager Amanda is as well. I just love it! Recommend 10/10.

The experience has been amazing. The home is perfect very comfortable. The park is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The park manager is amazing she helped make the process quick and easy. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a new start or just a new place. My boys love it.

To start off I was not looking to buy anything but to rent because that’s all I thought my credit score would allow me to do. After talking to the property manager Amanda she told me that she could get me approved to start on this rent to own program. Well after getting denied the first time she told me not to worry about it that she would get it reapproved and 2 days later I got the call saying I was approved. So a month and a half later I am now in my NEW 2024 forever home with my family. If you think you will not be approved for this program just try and you might be surprised because I know I was especially for what my credit score is. Thank you Amanda for your help in this whole process and doing what you do best, it really shows that you care about future and current residents living

As a dealer , communication with communities for my customers is VERY important. Not only does Amanda answer every call , she texts. She answers all questions and provides updates as she receives them . She is personable, knowledgeable and listens empathetically to our needs . ( dealer & customer) The place is beautiful, new , gated and provides security that others simply lacked .
