🤐 The owner/manager, Carlos I think is not responsive at times to many customers which can be frustrating. Sometimes he is not caring, considerate, or problem solving. The rooms are not easy to get into or keep safe when you leave the room. They could be if the manager would explain how they work and address any issues, but he is often not responsive, clear, or efficient. Some appliances don't work. The parking lot to the house needs to be cleaned. On the positive side, rooms are competitively priced, location is in Miami not too far from some places, and there are some nice amenities like a TV in the room with special features. The TV was a highlight.

AC didn't work at all, no Wi-Fi even tho it said free Wi-Fi. Getting the house key was hard. Unsafe side of town. Marketed as the whole house but you only get a dirty room without a bathroom. Very noisy and a very unsafe feeling to it with random people walking around loudly outside your door. I didnt even stay for an hour, I ended up leaving to go to a hotel. The owner is pretty un responsive and very hard to get ahold of. All in all a pretty terrible experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I booked this room thought hotels.com, was therefore not obvious that it would be a guest house and not an actual hotel I only found 1 Haïtian restaurant at a walking distance (La Fourchette) and found the area a bit sketchy at night, it's not well lit and there was a group of men drinking in the parking lot of the garage/convenience store nearby, 2 which followed me to the restaurant. Bed is covered with a plastic under the sheets which I believe is the reason why it feels super hot even with the AC on. Base also made noise whenever I moved in the bed. Shared bathroom and shared shower. Toilet blocked had to pump it. After realising that I wouldn't be able to fix it on my own called the manager who quickly sent someone. Do not book with them. Flight was delayed and they will not work with you about checking after 11pm. They will just take your money even after they said they would do a refund. They do not communicate well.
