La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mobile Satsuma / Saraland

Great for the price but ... We have had three nights in three different eastern and southeastern states. All LA Quinta. 1 of 3 wasn't clean. 2 of 3 were clean, but a couple things didn't work. We had suites. One if the two tvs didn't work and a light or two were broken. Other than 5hat, great people and it seems they are trying to do good for us.

Positive: The location was close to my family which was all I cared about. Negative: The ho tub was not working and I was told it's "been broken for a while". The hotel needs some updating in the room's for sure... paint peeling, old carpet, mold stains.... it's old and it shows. I would stay here but only if the rate was cheaper...

Such a warm and welcoming greeting! Feels better than home to walk into the lobby and have a two kind and friendly people greet us and our pet. ❤️|And every guest who entered were treated as warmly.|The room is comfortable and beds and pillows, as well.|AC unit in room is a little loud, but most hotels all have the same problem

Check in desk help was great. Quick, friendly, and professional as well. Location is right off the highway. Plenty of parking. The room was an ice box upon entering, in the winter. The beds have "basically 2 sheets", no comforter or blanket. The room was clean and the restroom was clean as well. Good water pressure. Easy to return to highway as well. Food available close as well. McDonald's and Waffle House very close.

Our 2nd time staying here and once again....A+++ service! Julie, Tiffany and Joyce were just wonderful as always! Fast check in, very friendly staff, clean rooms, great simple breakfast...I love staying here when I come to see my Dad and it's never a question we will come back to the La Quinta! Keep up the OUTSTANDING job and see you guys again soon!
