Customer Reviews
Our stay was just for a night but it was pleasant. The receptionist was courteous. The rooms were decently clean and spacious, beds are comfy and a nice light breakfast is served. The only downside for me was the sinks are very high for my little kids I had to carry them to reach.
It was a bit hard to find but once there I was treated well at check in. My room was clean and in good repair. It's always nice to have a fridge and coffee in the room. The provided breakfast was quite nice. I wish they had a larger selection of fresh fruit.
Positive: The personnel. They did all they could to give me a good stay. Negative: The lobby stank. The room smelled. I had to buy a can of Febreze—shouldn't have to do that. The curtains were tattered and didn't meet; had to use clothes pins. WLAN a bit spotty. Hot water slow in coming. Steady drip in shower. Dead outlets.
Staff is very friendly and professional. Older facility that needs some updates but we'll kept for the most part. Downside is I did not like the top bed spread, looked dingy but is clean just worn. Furniture needs update and some needed to be just thrown out, but i didnt need to use it so did not set me back. Shower has hot water and the breakfast is good with the waffles we loved as a kid.
Frequent hotel user, probably 6 months or more a year for the last 19 years due to my job. LaQuinta Inn by Wyndham in Livingston TX was sadly the best choice available in this town. I reserved a king, they initially put me in a double. After complaining they moved me to a king suite. The Curtains would not close, missing multiple hooks. The toilet paper holder was off the wall and sitting on the bottom of the cabinet. The tub had mold growing around the base of the walls. The cabinet that holds the fridge was delaminated and the particle board mushroomed out (looked like a dog had been chewing on it.). The bedside lamp receptacles were a fire hazard and the plugs would fall out. The entire hotel smells musky. The bedding had stains on it. The tile floor in the elevator is broken and cr
