La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Little Rock - Bryant

All staff were very friendly. Upon arrival, there was no parking because there were 4 trucks with trailers and 1 dump truck taking multiple spots. Front desk lady employee moved her car for a person checking in just before me so that person could park close by. Then she directed me to 3 extra slots along the street that was theirs. Super nice lady who goes the extra mile! Breakfast had every food option you can imagine and was kept clean and stocked! Great place to stay!

Positive: On the positive side, the room was clean, with new furniture, and the breakfast was good?tasty and with a nice variety. Negative: In the room on the 4th floor: noise from the ?? units was very loud so we couldn?t fall asleep while the noise finally became quieter. Unfortunately, we didn?t feel well-rested. The mattresses were also uncomfortable for two people to sleep on.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with my check in and the paperwork for pets. She explained everything in detail and to my understanding. I felt very welcomed and I’m sad I can’t recall her name but after a long day of driving a friendly welcome is always appreciated and that’s what she provided! I would definitely stay here next time and with my two small dogs. This was one of the best La Quinta’s we’ve stayed at. Plenty of places for us to walk our dogs at and the poop stations are always appreciated! One of them was out of bags the whole time but another had plenty. My only negative would be the mattress. Hard as a rock for me, even my husband who likes a good firm mattress said it was too firm for him as well. If a mattress pad is available that would be handy for g

I love LaQuinta and always look for them when traveling. Sometimes it’s hard to find them on searches. This trip to Tx, couldn’t find any on the way down but quite a few on the way back, lol. Pillows, sheets are always clean and comfy (pillows are A+). This one had an indoor pool and gym! Very clean. A couple of small issues on this trip- the cable didn’t really work and apparently their key cards deactivate if you even think about your phone while using them. Have to go in the hallway to connect to internet (once and then you’re good to go) I do hate that they use disposable trays for the in room coffee makers, I mean, we are already using enough plastic to make a cup, just seems to be adding insult to injury. Absolutely the best LaQuinta we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed in hundreds all across the country over the years. I felt like we were on a cruise with the way they folded a washcloth, as well as the tissue box. The room was beautiful and spacious and so clean! The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. We would definitely stay here again.
