La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lackawanna

Positive: The room was clean. The price was good Negative: The maid service was horrible. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and we only got service once. We had to go the front desk to get clean towels

I would not even give this one star. They should have paid me to stay there for what we walked into . I Booked to stay after a bills game , we got in around 9-930 pm. Our room was absolutely disgusting!!! The beds looked like they didn’t change the sheets or pillow cases, there was human hair all over the pillow cases and sheets along with other spots on the sheets that were not just stains. I was exhausted from a day of travel and then attending the game all we wanted to do was get dry and go to bed. I asked the lady at the front desk for sheets and pillow cases because they were disgusting and I told her I would change them I just need the sheets. She brought us some and I requested more sheets for the other bed and 6 pillowcases because all 6 were gross and I showed her them. We paid $

This hotel is newly renovated. Rooms are good and specious. Breakfast was good as well they have hot breakfast options like scrambled eggs ,pan cake . Then only thing which they should work on is pool as indoor pool is not a heated pool so they need to work on it .

Not a terrible spot. It was clean and they try to make it look modern . Stayed for a concert at keybank center. Made it easy to get to. Was quiet. Bed was a bit to soft but you will have that.

Worst experience I've ever encountered in a hotel. This is my second Wyndham visit and both were deplorable. Except this time, I actively caught and shown the staff the biggest bed bug I've ever see. The staff was unhelpful because the manager was out of the country and unreachable. One staff in particular was the rudest and most horrible person I've encountered. I slept on the floor because he refused to give us extra bedding and a cot. Even after I saw a cot in the lobby and wasn't offered after requesting.
