Positive: Welcoming staff. Holiday festive decor. Music at elevators on each floor. White paper sacks to carry breakfast eats for early departures guests. Negative: The bathroom in 301 could use a cloths hang hook or two.

I thought I could find a comfortable hotel near my daughter’s school and hopefully beat the heat if it had a pool. It’s currently 102 degrees in Galt, CA and La Quinta Inn has an indoor pool in a room with NO ventilation! It’s hotter sitting next to the hotel pool than it is outside. Now I know why I have not seen a single person in that pool since I’ve been here. Talk about torture! I get it that people like heated pools but does the room have to be a sauna? The pool wasn’t the only problem the stomping around upstairs at 230am is unacceptable! How am I supposed to have a peaceful nights sleep if the people above me sound like they are stomping around in steel toe boots. Another thing, the bathroom has 2 half rolls of toilet paper in it. We couldn’t get full rolls? The toilet seat is brok

Ayanna is beyond an amazing leader and person. She went above and beyond to take care of me when my card had an issue and I couldn’t check in (yes I freaked out at fist) but she allowed me to hang out and get everything I needed done to fix the fraud issue with my bank, and I was able to get into a room and was treated like VIP even when I was frazzled and running around like a chicken with no head. This is the type of customer support and love for others we are lacking in this country! When I come back Ayanna gives manager vibes and if this company is smart she will continue to rise up through the ranks. She and the other staff made this experience great, and it started rough!

Very nice hotel. Just about every amenity you could want. Our room was clean and comfortable and pet friendly. Staff was very friendly - we even got two cookies at check-in. 😊. Easy access to Hwy 99, but not a lot of road noise. They also have bar food and a nice snack store, if you don't want to go out to eat

Came here with my girlfriend awhile back and absolutely loved everything about it! They have an amazing bar, parking lot is well lit and felt safe. Did not see any strange individuals walking around. Rooms clean, staff was amazing. 5/5 stars!
