La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Corpus Christi Airport

Sketchy place!!! Luggage got stolen and they couldn’t check on the cameras to see who did it. Such a coincidence that after the guests asked if they had cameras facing their vehicle, because they had left their luggage in it, it gets stolen right after. Also how is it possible that the hotel could not see in the cameras when the guests checked in? And won’t show it to the police?? I don’t know what higher ups need to see this but this is wrong. Yall need to check on your employees. I’m leaving this review on behalf of the tourists because they don’t speak English. I’ll leave the screenshots of their statements for those who understand Spanish.

The rooms were comfortable but not the cleanest. Staf was not warm and welcoming but did there work efficiently. The hot tub was cemented in and the pool was unusable. The breakfast was the best part of th＞s stay. The lady on the weekend was very friendly, warm and welcoming. They did a great job on keeping the breakfast offerings replenished. It's real sad you have to take your dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones and housekeeping only comes if you make a request to the front desk early in the mornings. I would expect this at a cheap motel not a nicer hotel.

So we ended up finding this la Quinta after the previous one was severely ran down and disgusting. Walking into this one was so much better!! Clean, smelled great nice front desk guy. Clean room, comfy beds. Shower curtains needed to be replaced as they are old and the water pressure from the shower needs to be fixed. Other than that the room was great. Breakfast was okay, missing fresh fruit and potatoes and bagels.

Great location Great customer service. Any request for items was immediately met and the staff is super nice Nice rooms however seeing the black mold in the corners of the bath tubs was a downer. Especially when bleach can make this disappear. The price was perfect and great for traveling families

I’m not impressed at all. First of all, we have a service animal and a pet. They charge 20 per day that’s non refundable. Second- I’ve had better breakfast at Super 8. The front desk staff is not friendly, not welcoming at all. The housekeeping staff, one lady was nice, the other one told me she could t give me toilet paper or towels due to her having what she needs for her rooms!!!! The nice lady yesterday gave me what I needed. That doesn’t make sense. Also, if you’re a smoker and out in the second floor, you have to go down stairs to smoke rather than coming in from the side with your key card. Very inconvenient. The inside is old, moldy, not very clean at all. The pool, who knows how long it’s been out of order. The guest laundry is out of order!!!!The only good thing is that whataburg
